Retail Order Shipping
For standard retail orders placed through our online store, we will process and ship your order as soon as possible after payment is confirmed.
Order Processing Time
Most ready-to-ship retail products are usually processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
During holidays, promotional periods, high-demand seasons, or unexpected logistics delays, processing time may be longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery service.
Estimated shipping time may vary by region. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email address, postal code, and recipient information are accurate before placing your order.
BUKE Notebook is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fees may vary depending on destination, order weight, product size, shipping method, and available logistics options.
If shipping cost is calculated at checkout, the final shipping fee will be shown before payment.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated. The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
BUKE Notebook is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees charged by local authorities.

For wholesale orders, custom notebooks, OEM/ODM projects, private label orders, and bulk shipments, shipping terms are confirmed separately based on the project details.
B2B shipping cost and logistics method depend on:

Available shipping methods may include express shipping, air shipping, sea shipping, railway shipping, or other logistics solutions depending on the destination and order scale.

Production timing and general process
Custom notebook production time depends on product structure, material availability, printing process, logo craft, packaging requirements, and order quantity.

Custom Order Policy
Approved specifications and production changes
Custom notebook orders are made according to confirmed specifications. Once the order details, artwork, materials, quantity, and production requirements are approved, changes may not be possible after production begins.

- Cover material
- Cover color
- Logo craft
- Edge finish
- Elastic band
- Ribbon bookmark
- Pen loop
- Packaging
- Barcode or label requirements

Please carefully review all specifications, artwork files, spelling, logo placement, colors, and packaging details before confirming production.
Artwork & File Responsibility
Customer responsibility for files and content
For custom orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork, logo files, design files, layout files, text, brand information, and packaging content.
BUKE Notebook is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect artwork, spelling mistakes, wrong file versions, low-resolution files, or unconfirmed design details provided by the customer.
If design support or file adjustment is required, please confirm the service scope before production.
Color & Material Variation
Normal production variation
Please note that slight color differences may occur between digital screens, printed samples, production batches, cover materials, paper types, foil effects, edge finishes, and finished products.
Material texture, paper shade, foil stamping effect, debossing depth, embossing effect, and edge finishing may have reasonable production variation.
These normal production variations are not considered product defects.
Returns & Exchanges
Retail Orders
For standard retail products, return and exchange requests may be reviewed according to the condition of the product, order issue, and applicable store policy.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition if a return is accepted.
Custom Orders
Custom notebooks, personalized products, private label products, OEM/ODM orders, wholesale customized orders, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed quality issue caused by production.
Because custom products are made according to customer-approved specifications, they cannot be resold as standard inventory.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
What to send when reporting an issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Packaging photos
- Product photos
- Description of the problem
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution based on the order type and situation.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items should be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Delivery delays and tracking review
Delivery delays may happen due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help review available tracking information.
For international shipments, final delivery may depend on the local carrier and customs process in the destination country.
Order Cancellation
Retail Orders
If you need to cancel a retail order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Custom / Wholesale Orders
For custom, wholesale, OEM/ODM, and private label orders, cancellation terms depend on the production stage.
Once materials are purchased, sampling has started, printing has begun, or bulk production has started, cancellation may not be accepted or related costs may apply.
Payment Policy for B2B Orders
Deposits, final payment, and shipment arrangements
Payment terms for wholesale and custom orders are confirmed separately based on order amount, product type, production requirements, and buyer agreement.
For custom production, deposit payment may be required before sample development or bulk production begins.
Final payment and shipping arrangements should be confirmed before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Product Availability
Stock, supply, and repeat orders
Product availability may change due to stock level, material supply, production schedule, seasonal demand, and discontinued styles.
For wholesale or repeat orders, please contact us in advance to confirm current availability.

How policy updates are applied
